Division of Information Technology and Communication Services
The Division of Information Technology and Communication Services provides a variety of network, telephone, video, and public safety communications services to state agencies and others.
Network Services
- Hosts the State of Idaho Internet and Intranet sites.
- Ensures network and Internet availability and protection (firewalls, anti-virus, etc) for all state agencies.
For network services, agency IT staff should call 208.332.1850 (monitored 24 hours a day, every day of the year) or
email WANhelpdesk@adm.idaho.gov. All others should contact their agency's designated IT staff.
- Provides HelpDesk support to the Department of Administration and many smaller state agencies that do not have designated IT support staff.

Telephone and Audio Conferencing Services
- Coordinates installation and configuration of telephone lines, systems, and services for all state agencies.
- Negotiates Statewide Phone Contracts for long distance services, teleconferencing equipment and services, equipment for small telephone systems, toll-free calling, language translation, calling cards, and cell phones and plans.
- Provides audio conferencing services to state agencies. Click for

- Assist state agencies to identify telephone equipment and service requirements and implement solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintains the
State Telephone Directory,
which lists phone numbers and addresses for state agencies and
