I know it's a cheap boat.  It's stripped down.  It's got no rigging or
engine, and the mast is down.  The portajohn that might be installed
in the head is just missing.  It's probably $1500 away from being
seaworthy, but the hull seems to be in good shape.  Someday I may want
to rig it, but at the moment I'm just looking for a place to sleep.
I need to know whether I'll be able to get my $2000 back if I wind up
selling it.  It's a 1976 Catalina 27, in the SF bay area.
