Dim: Haloscan Trouble, anyone?

BB recently got an e-mail from someone who says they can't make Haloscan work. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, please drop me or BB an e-mail so we can tell if this is a wider issue that needs to be addressed, or just a unique quirk of browser settings.
