Dim: PUPPY!

We have yet another animal.

Meet Anubis, the Doberman Pinscher puppy.

Yes. I know. Another animal.

He's cute, though. Too cute not to have as a member of our ever-growing pack. And smart, and is already ahead of our Boxers in that he's been here about 5 hours without having had an accident in the house yet.

We saw him at the pet store about a week before Christmas, and BB wanted him, but we decided we couldn't afford him.

When we saw he was still there today, after confirming with the staff that, yes, this was the same puppy, and playing with him to assure ourselves that this was the same puppy, well, it wanted to come home with us and had wanted to come home with us weeks ago so how could we say "no" again? Poor thing, living in a pet store so long with all those rowdy kids and other dogs and excitement and cramped quarters and stuff...

So we bought him.

The Capricorn in me had to be locked up in a small room to keep him from revolting entirely, but we bought him.

So anyway, we have a new puppy. We'll make sure to train him to eat Patriarchy-supporters on sight, but while we're doing that, posts will have to be squeezed in between home schooling, work, and puppy training. You will probably be seeing more Dim posts for a few weeks, if it comes right down to that, but we'll do our best to keep up a daily posting schedule.
