  2. Go to: PreferencesAdvanced Logging OptionsView Log
  3. Note: Please select “Clear Log”, change the Logging Level to Detailed or Verbose and repeat the error prior to submitting your report if you are seeing an error with the connection. Do NOT submit a Debug log unless requested.

On Mac:

  1. Go to: Macintosh HDLibraryApplication SupportAnonymizerLogs
  2. Select the file ending in .openvpn.log
