Tips for iPhone Users:

1. 1. Under "Settings" go to Safari, then select "Clear Cookies and Data."

Tips for Safari Users:

1. 1. Turn on Private Browsing.
2. 2. Select Empty Cache to clear the browser’s cookies.

Tips for IE Users:

1. 1. Install the latest version of the browser, IE9.
2. 2. Use IE9’s Tracking Protection feature and add a TPL (Tracking Protection List).
