Hours

Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time. You may visit our warehouse/showroom by appointment only -- minimum warehouse purchase applies.  Call for details.

Ordering

We prefer that you place your order via the website, as internet orders are given priority status and will be filled much more quickly than orders placed by phone, fax, or email. Additionally, orders may be mailed -- a great option when you require specific items based on enclosed samples. When you place an online order, you will receive a confirmation email once the order is received and then another confirmation when the order is shipped. Please note the minimum order is $250.00, regardless of order method. Orders that are less than $250.00 will not be accepted.

Back Orders

The web site stock is updated every day. Inventory is very difficult to constantly monitor, therefore, the stock is 95% accurate. When an item is out of stock, we do not back order it. Usually, out of stock items are restocked within a month with the exception of closeout items, however; this is not guaranteed.

    

Shipping Cost

Shipping will be based on the actual carrier charge. The shipping method is selected at the time of order and the cost for shipping will be added to the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are still liable for shipping costs on refused packages or returned CODs. We have found UPS to be very reliable and cost efficient.

 

Checks

Make all checks payable to: Starman, Inc. Recovery fees up to $25 will be assessed on all returned checks. Returned checks are subject to electronic deposit for face value plus fees without notice.

 

Credit Cards

For your convenience we take MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. Unfortunately, we DO NOT take American Express at this time.

 

CODs

Although we highly prefer you pay by credit card, CODs are also possible for an additional fee. When placing the order, select UPS as the shipping method and then select COD as the payment method. You may pay for CODs with a Cashier's Check or Money Order; UPS will not accept cash, personal or business checks. We do not ship COD with carriers other than UPS. You are still responsible for shipping charges on refused CODs.

 

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on all damaged items or mis-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Please call for authorization to return merchandise. Returned items will be exchanged for store credit and are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

 

Bead Shows

Bead shows have a great variety of beads from various manufacturers. We attend the January-February Tucson show every year. Often times we bring merchandise to shows that we normally do not carry in our regular inventory.
