Credit card users who sign up online will be billed for the entire purchase price at the time of the purchase and the account will be set to automatically renew approximately 2 weeks prior to the expiration date of the account. If you do not want your account to be automatically renewed then please contact our customer support center.
Can I sign
up one month at a time?
Our services are provided on a quarterly
(3 month) basis. You can also purchase services for a year at a discounted price.
Do I have to use the Sign Up pages?
Yes, using the Sign Up pages will ensure that the username you choose
is not already taken and will make it easier to process your payments.
How long does your Free, Unlimited, Anonymous
Surfing trial last and how much does it cost?
The Free
Anonymous Surfing service, is indeed free and unlimited. Our Premium Surfing Service
offers more security options, such as, Safe Cookies and URL Encryption.
Is Window
Washer a quarterly charge?
The Window Washer software can be purchased for a one time fee of $29.95. This entitles you to receive updates and replacements within the first year of purchase at no additional cost.
If you lose your download because of a system problem and you need to redownload the software, then please contact our customer support center and we will be able to assist you with that.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, money orders, e-gold, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover
credit cards only. Note:
Payments sent without proper identifying information
will not be returned.We do not assume responsibility for lost or unreceived payments. If you prefer
to pay by mail, use of money orders is recommended.
What if my cash payment gets lost or stolen in the mail?
We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen payments. We recommend
the use of money orders or checks if you prefer to pay by mail.
I'm having problems signing up with my credit card. Should I try
again?
Be sure to include all information. Our Credit Card System is very strict. Omitting information may cause the card to be declined.

number or mailing address. It is used solely for the verifiaction of the credit card and billing purposes.*
If your transaction fails check all
of your information. If all fields are correct,
it will probably not go through if you try again.

we will assist you with setting up an account.
If I choose to pay with cash, check/money order will my account be active
immediately?
Your account will be activated upon receipt of payment.
There was an error processing my application and when I tried again
I got the message that my username was taken. How can I use that name?
Contact our Customer
Support Department and we can reset the name for you.
I'm interested in your Premium Service, is there a way I can have a trial before purchasing
the final product?
Sorry, due to security reasons, we do not offer our
Premium Services on a trial basis. As always, you can use the Free Anonymous Surfing Service.
If I sign up for SSH
Secure Tunneling or Dialup
will they be immediately active?
SSH Secure Tunneling and Dialup take up to 6 hours to become active.
If after 6 hours your account is still not active, please contact our
Customer Support Department.
I would like to sign up for Dialup. Is there a dialup number in my area?
To find out if there is a dialup number in your area, please go to the Dialup Locations
page. You should ensure that the number is in your local dialing area or you may incure toll charges on your phone bill.
