To create a new site in Leap ftp:

1. Click on "Sites" then select "Site Manager"

2. Click on the "Add Site" button

3. Type in the name that you would like to call this site then click "OK"

4. For the "Address" type in localhost
5. The port should be set for "21"
6. If you do not require a username and password to connect to this site, you may press "Connect." If you require a username and password, uncheck the "Anonymous" box and type in the Username and the Password for the ftp site that you are connecting to.
7. Then click "Connect"
