1. Start ICQ.

2. Click on the "ICQ" button and select "preferences".

3. Select "connections" on the left hand side.
4. Select the "firewall" tab.
5. Select "HTTPS proxy".

6. For Host type "localhost".
7. For Port type "80".
8. Connect to ICQ
