Anonymizer Secure Tunneling Setup
- Netscape
- Open Netscape
- Go to Tasks then Mail and Newsgroups
Or
- Click on the Mail icon in the lower left hand corner of your Netscape Browser.
- Go to Edit then Mail and Newsgroup Account Settings.
- Click on New Account then select ISP or Email Provider and click Next.
- You will now be taken through the setup wizard. Please enter all of the below information and proceed to the next step after clicking FINISH.
a.Your Name: username
b.Email Address: username@mail.anonymizer.com
c.Server Name: 127.0.0.1
d.Username: username
e.Account Name: Anonymizer
- Select Outgoing Server (SMTP)
a.For server name type localhost
b.Check Use name and Password
c.Type in Username
d.For Use secure connection (SSL) select Always
- Select the account Anonymizer that you have just created
- Your setup is now complete.
