How do I know if my Privacy Button is working and I'm protected?
You can tell when you're protected by the presence of the Anonymizer Control Bar at the top of every protected page. If you are having problems activating protection, make sure you:
1) Click the Button JUST ONCE to activate or deactivate protection
2) Wait a few seconds for the web page to refresh after you click

Where do I type in the URLs of sites I want to visit anonymously?
While the Privacy Button is active, just type the URL of the site you want to visit in your Internet Explorer address bar and click GO or press Return (NOTE: you can tell the Privacy Button is active by the presence of the Anonymizer Control Bar at the top of the page). When the Button is active, all of your Favorites or History links are automatically privacy-protected as well.

I already have an Anonymizer account. Do I have to pay extra to use the button?
No, the Anonymizer Privacy Button is included with every Subscription service. There is also a free version of the button which uses our Free Anonymous Surfing service.

Can I use my existing Favorites with the button?
Yes, simply activate the button by clicking it once. Then surf as you normally would.
