Windows Mail News Configuration

Step 1
Open your Windows Mail client, go to Tools then Accounts.

Step 2
Then click on Mail, then select Add.

Step 3
In the next window select Newsgroup Account and click Next to continue.

Step 4
In the next window you will want to enter your Display Name; which is the name that will appear in the From field.

Step 5
You will than be prompted for your News Email Address. Enter your Anonymizer Email Address and click Next to continue.

Step 6
When prompted for your News Server Name, enter Your News Server then click Next. If your News Server requires a log on, please check "My news server requires me to log on" and enter your News Server username and password.

Step 7
Click Finish to save your settings.

Step 8
Open Total Net Shield, click Listening Manager, then select Settings.

Step 9
Select the Anonymizer News Server "tnews.anonymizer.com" and click Change.

Step 10
Change the Anonymizer News Server "tnews.anonymizer.com" to your News Server address. Your News Reader is now set to receive your personal News Groups securely.
