of your work Overview:
The Graphic Artist position is responsible
for the design and development of all marketing
print materials including retail packaging,
print ads, sales collaterals, direct mail
pieces, and PowerPoint presentations. This
position is also responsible for the creation
of online imagery including Web graphics,
banner ads, and email campaign materials.
The ideal candidate will have experience
defining a brand image and bringing all
of these visual representations together
under a consistent brand.
Responsibilities:
- Define a new graphical representation
of Anonymizer’s brand image. Collaborate
with marketing team to develop, implement
and monitor brand guidelines.
- Work with marketing team to establish
preliminary requirements for all graphic
design projects. Report project status
and updates to marketing team and internal
clients as required.
- Design art and copy layouts for print
materials. Prepare final layouts for printer.
Coordinate with vendors and other department
staff for production. Attend press checks
when required.
- Design art layouts for Web materials.
Prepare final files for Web Designer.
- Develop logo, letterhead and business
cards, PowerPoint templates and other
corporate branding materials as needed.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for
corporate and sales use.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be creative
and have a “good eye”, be able
to work independently, and be able to take
a job from concept through production. This
person should display meticulous attention
to detail, have excellent proofreading skills,
and be proficient in the preparation of
digital files. The candidate should be able
to multi-task several projects at once.
A commitment to the team environment is
essential for success.

manage a large volume of projects simultaneously.

minimum guidance.
- Commitment to deadlines and quick turn-around.
- Good communication skills - verbal
and written.
- Ability to interpret instructions and
objectives of specific assignments to
design materials to fit specific audiences.
- Proficient in Quark, Adobe Acrobat
Professional, Illustrator CS, PhotoShop,
Go Live, and Microsoft Office Suite programs
(Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Additional skills in Macromedia Flash
and basic HTML a plus.
- The ability to create new and exciting
ideas is a must.

Salary Range: $10-12/hour
**Excellent attendance and punctuality
are essential. You must be available to
work an 8-hour shift anytime between 7:30am
- 5:00pm including some weekends.

Successful candidates must demonstrate a
strong customer service focus, telephone
experience, and effective verbal, written,
and keyboard skills. Customer Service Representatives
must project a positive, helpful attitude
while being an active listener, assist customers
by phone and email, and be able to multi-task.
Individuals must work cooperatively, and
establish positive cross-functional relationships
within the organization. Knowledge of Microsoft
Office products is a plus. As a high-volume
call center, we are always busy.
To ensure the delivery of exceptional customer
service, we have service expectations and
goals. Candidates must be comfortable being
monitored for their level of efficiency,
accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Assist customers in a high paced help desk
environment with after sales support, which
may include information requests, and utilize
problem-solving skills by following policies
and procedures per department processes.
Help users with operational questions,
as well as software configuration. The successful
candidate should have at least 1-2 years
experience in a help desk environment and
working knowledge of computers as it relates
to the help desk environment.
Work in a team environment with minimal
supervision and promote positive customer
relations.
Overview:

Word, Excel, knowledge of e-mail programs,
ie; Eudora, and MS Office applications.
Understanding computer software, ie; Firewalls,
Anti-Virus, Cookies...
Responsibilities:
Knows the formal and informal departmental

which may include some familiarity of other
departments within the company. Is sensitive
to the interrelationship of both people
and functions within the department/company.
Requirements:
1 - 2 years related experience and/or
training, or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
1 - 2 years experience and/or training in
a fast paced helpdesk environment and familiarity
of computers and applications.
Have a clear speaking voice, and able to
type 40 WPM.
Must be comfortable working in a call center
environment.
Some positions require previous sales experience.
