Anonymous Tip Web Link Now Available Worldwide to Report Information to U.S. Authorities

Free Internet Security and Anonymity Services and Consultation Also Available to Agencies Investigating Tragedy

San Diego, September 12, 2001 - Anyone with information pertaining to Tuesday's terrorist attacks who wishes to communicate anonymously with U.S. authorities can use an Anonymous Tip Web Link now located at the Anonymizer.com home page.

The service, which is accessible worldwide, allows individuals to report information to the FBI's Terrorism Activity tip page without revealing their identity, geographical location or other compromising computer data to the message recipient or other parties.

The Anonymous Tip Web Link is located at www.anonymizer.com.

The purpose of the service is to encourage individuals with information to come forward who might otherwise remain silent out of concern for their personal safety or fear of persecution. This is especially a concern for individuals in countries or areas where communications may be monitored by members or supporters of the groups responsible for Tuesday's events.

The Anonymous Tip service is hosted by leading Internet privacy and security firm Anonymizer.com, a privately-held company located in San Diego, CA. Anonymizer.com joins the Internet community in offering its sympathy for the victims and families of the tragic incidents on Sept. 11, 2001.
