FEATURE: Banner Ad Filtering
THE PROBLEM:
Many websites put banner advertisements on thier website in hopes to make money off of them. They are usually third party ads that just clutter up the page.
THE SOLUTION: Banner Ad Filtering is how Anonymizer allows you to surf pages without the clutter of banner ads. This results in easier to read pages.
TO ACTIVATE:
There are two options for activating Banner Ad Filtering on the Private Surfing Navigation Bar:
- Click the "Maximum" setting on the navigation bar. Banner Ad Filtering is ON when the Maximum setting is active.
- Click on the "Set Custom" button. When the Settings window pops
up, choose "Blocked" under Banner Ad Filtering. Finally click
the "Save Changes & Close" button.
