Issue: Authentication Failed

Step 1

First, log into www.anonymizer.com to verify that your username and password are correct. If you are unable to remember your password, you can reset it via email.

Step 2

Click on the small, red “A” Anonymizer logo next to the clock in the Mac notification area.

Step 3

Click “Change”

Step 4

Enter your correct username and password. To update your Anonymizer password, first update your password on file by clicking Login Help link.

Click the green triangle (‘>‘) button to login and connect to Anonymizer Universal.
