Step 1
Click Settings at the bottom right hand corner of the program window

Go to Protection Center and then click Application Control

Click Manage applications
Step 4
Scroll until you see Anonymizer Universal. By default Kaspersky has it set to Allow, if it is listed as Blocked, click the slider on the right to change it to Allow.
